Contact Us
CONTACT
Reach us by telephone, WeChat or email. The firm assigns a lawyer specialising in the relevant field to deal with you directly.

Case Review
CASE REVIEW
Discuss the matter with your lawyer and hand over the papers — in person, or by video conference with documents sent by email or WeChat.

Engagement
ENGAGEMENT
Based on the matter and the applicable fee rules, both sides sign the retainer agreement, setting out the scope and the fees.

Handling & Feedback
HANDLING & FEEDBACK
Your lawyer conducts the matter and stays in touch throughout; comments on the quality of the work can be raised with the firm at any time.

Closing
CLOSING
At closing you sign the case-closing form and the service feedback form — your assessment feeds directly into the firm's quality management.
Engagements are normally signed in person at our offices; please make an appointment in advance. Clients outside China may meet by video conference first, and the firm provides electronic signing. Our address and departmental contacts are on the Contact page.
