DELTA LAW (Shanghai) was established in 1996. Thirty years rooted in Shanghai, DELTA LAW is today a full-service law firm with distinct strength in finance and dispute resolution.
We began in financial-institution debt recovery, distressed-asset resolution, bankruptcy restructuring and cross-border dispute resolution, and over thirty years of practice have extended our capabilities into eighteen practice areas — including corporate and commercial, investment and M&A, intellectual property, family law, construction and engineering, and labour and employment — combining the breadth of a full-service firm with the depth of a specialist one.
In 2025, DELTA LAW recovered over RMB 1.9 billion for clients, serving more than ten major financial institutions including Bank of China, ICBC, China Construction Bank and China Merchants Bank. Centred on Shanghai, our collaborative network spans four continents — Asia, Europe, North America and Africa — giving clients global reach for cross-border disputes and overseas asset recovery.
